I was just saying that I couldn't believe that it is september already and we are already in the 5th day of this month. This is so crazy...time is flying by.
I have been doing so awesome with my eating and I sure hope it continues. I am going to make sure that I use my 4 days of work coming up to really get things perfected. No more eating a lot when I get home from work. I should save my apple and peanut butter treat for when I get home. I will do that. It is a 3 pt snack that I really like. There is no reason at all to eat anything more then that prior to going to bed. I don't need fuel to sleep. I will try not to eat anything later then 8:30.
I got up later then planned but still went out an rocked a 5K run. Speaking of running I have been doing some thinking about where I want to go with my running. This will all be dependent on how I feel after my half marathon in october but if I feel fine (as in my knees feel fine) I will consider doing the around the bay 30K run in March. If that goes ok then I may consider a full marathon. The thing is about the full marathon is that if I do the 30K I will keep up my mileage and do it shortly after the 30K race...it would be an additional 12KM's. I wonder if that means I would be ready for it in May. If not in may then I will look for 1 in June. it would be so nice not to have to train for a full marathon in the heat of the summer. I just need to focus on the half though for now and make sure I don't get injured!!!!
Time to tidy up the kitchen. The kids start school tomorrow and I am back to work. I am doing something fun on saturday with 2 girls from work. I will write about it on sunday.
