and I couldn't be any more excited. I went to the hour long class this morning and it felt so great to do this type of workout again. I did a few by myself during the summer but it really is not the same at all. I need to make sure that I do 2-3 of them a week. 1 or 2 will have to be by myself depending on my work schedule. it made me realize how much I love this type of workout and it is perfect for cross training. I will reach my healthy weight and get back into those clothes that I wore for a brief time.
I slept for almost 12 hours last night. For some reason I was so tired. Not really sure why. It could be because I was not eating the best. Maybe it affects me even more then I realize.
I am going to make a double batch of the baked ginger pumpkin oatmeal that I saw in this months oxygen magazine. I have to run to the bulk food store to see if i can find the crystallized ginger but if I can't I will just use regular ginger. I am really excited to try something new and it is only 4 pts for a serving.
Well I should run out and see if they have it before I have to pick the boys up from school. I will be running 5 or 6K the next 2 mornings and then my long run on saturday. I need to make sure I get up early enough to do the long run as early morning runs are my best runs :)
