Sept 3 and 14k

I got up realtively early but should have gone even earlier as it was quite muggy out when I ran at 7:30 My run actually started out pretty good but then my motivation started to falter and I will admit that I had quite a few walking breaks for about 9K of my run, oh well I managed to get the 14K in which ihs the main thing. I really need to work on positive thinking when I am running.

I downed some water and had my oatmeal when I got home as my tummy was telling me it was starving and my mouth was parched which said give me water!!! Now as I am readingéwritting blogs I am enjoying my coffee. We are having people over after lunch so once I am done my coffee I need to tidy the kitchen and clear off the table and then have a much needed shower.

Not quite sure all the types of food that we will have but I need to be smart with my choices. The scale was good to me today and has me at 158.6. I do not want to see the 160`s again!!!! I so want to lose 10 lbs this month and know I can do it if I make smart, healthy choices :) I will try not to weigh myself until next saturday. My long run is going to have to be sunday next week because of the way my schedule goes.
