WI tomorrow

I missed my WI last week but am going tomorrow with a coworker. I need to make sure that I go weekly until I am back to my goal weight.

This morning I went to an hr long bootcamp class. Man my arms are feeling like jelly!! I am sure I will be feeling certain muscle groups tomorrow. I need to get a 6K run in tomorrow morning before my husband goes to work which means I need to get up nice and early. I signed up for the road to hope in November. I am doing the 5K and the 10K. I am pretty sure that is how I hurt my knee last year doing the half marathon so this year I will do 15K and on the flat surface instead of running down a long and steep hill!!!

Next weekend in the half marathon and if it goes well then I will be signing up for 2 races in march. The chilly half marathon and the Around the Bay :) I really hope that I am able to do both of them. It will give me something to train for during the cold winter months, brrr :)

I am making myself a stirfry for supper tonight. It will have left over bbq steak, green and red peppers, onion, mushrooms, snow peas, spaghettini and goat cheese. I have to make sure I make my soup tomorrow. I have been putting it off and I need to stop that. I also need to get groceries tomorrow too. Maybe I can work on the grocery list tonight and get them before heading back home after my WI.
