so far so good :)

I have done well for 2 days now with eating and already I am feeling better mentally. It is amazing how much food affects my mood. So after my 6K run on monday and really tight calves I was a little worried about the 8K that I was going to do yesterday. After I got up I headed out to try and run the 8. I was actually quite impressed with how great I felt. Usually I really struggle with my runs post night. I had just a few walk breaks and no calf tightness which I was very happy about.

I had all intentions of going to bootcamp this morning but I just wasn't feeling it after working nights so it means I have to go tomorrow morning for sure. I need to make sure that I get 2-3 bootcamp style workouts in which means I need to do it at home if I am not making it to class. I already feel a bit of a difference in my body from doing 3 hr classes. I can only imagine what it will be like if I did it 3x/week. That should be included in my goal for these 8 weeks to Vegas challenge that I am doing with myself.

Well I am going to read a few more blogs then go to bed.
