I actually took last night off work as saturday night I was just feeling so off...chills and a headache. I felt much better later in the day yesterday and was happy to sleep in my own bed. I really need to not get too sick that my training for my half marathon will be affected. I think my body was telling me that I needed to rest it up or it would get really sick.
This morning I woke up feeling good so I did a 6K run and then call me crazy but I went and did an hour long bootcamp. I love bootcamp and really want to try and do it 2x/week if possible. I may even get to do it 3x this week. I will do a short run on wed and then do an hr long bootcamp and then see how I feel when I wake up thurs morning and decide then if I will go or not.
I was quite hungry last night but I did ok. I need to figure out the points that I ate but I don't think it will be too bad.
I am going to use this week to be productive around the house and get some soups/chilli made that will hopefully last for about a month.
