I am actually starting to feel like my healthy self again. I am eating healthy and running and doing bootcamp again. There is something about bootcamp that is so awesome. I sure hope that it will be able to continue. I am going to work my butt off for the 12 weeks it is running and really hope for a winter session :)
I am starting to look through my eat clean material and find some recipes that I want to try. I am going to make a breakfast pudding and then another soup and those should do me for a while. I think that is what I should do is at the beginning of each month make 2 or 3 different soups for my lunches. Nothing like a nice hot soup in the cool months :) There is a recipe in the eat clean magazine that I will probably make next week. I will do my best to take pictures and post them on here.
My long run is coming up in 2 days so I need to go easy on my night time snacking...nothing to heavy. Even peanut butter with apples is becoming a bit to heavy. i think I will get some go lean crunch and have that with greek yogurt and some berries, and have it between 7:30 and 8pm.
Friday is my WI day too. I will be interested in seeing what the scale will say. I need to make sure that I start early enough that I will be able to get to WI before my meeting at 10.
Well I am going to do some more reading and then cleaning time. The days are slipping away that I have off and the house isn't really in any better order!!!!
