I don't know what it is about Wednesdays and eating more then my allotted points :( I am sure my flex and AP's covered what I ate but it still make me feel yucky cause I ate more then what I needed. I think that is key. Eat to fuel your body and only fuel your body with good quality foods. I need to remember that when I eat. Ask myself if this is good fuel.
I went out for a 6K run this morning after dropping my little guy off and school and it was an awesome run :) I felt strong both physically and mentally. I just hope that will be my frame of mind tomorrow when I do my long run.
not much else to report. I have 2/3 things already made that I wanted to make on my days off so tooday or tomorrow I need to make my last soup.
