9 and 90

9 is how many km's I ran today and 90 is how many minutes of hot yoga I did :) what an awesome day of working out and I feel great. I am sure that I will crash after supper but that is ok. Just as long as I have all my foods ready for the next 2 days. Yep I am heading back to work. My 5 days off went by way to fast.

I am making my good ol' turkey burgers again after taking some time off from them. i can't remember the last time I had them for lunch. Now I will be having them a lot. i think that something that I will start at the beginning of march is spending 1 day to make 3 or 4 things in a lg quantity for my meals. I love just being able to heat up my lunches.

For supper tonight I bought some steak but instead of bbq'ing the steak I cut them up into pieces and am cooking them in my dutch oven. I addes a bit of water and some onion powder. I am making twice baked potato's and some type of veggie for the boys and for me I will add the steak on top of my salad. My salads usually include chopped spinach and lettuce, 1/2 sweet potato, peppers, onion and mushrooms fried up in some coconut oil and of course goat cheese. These are the best salads ever and I could eat them every day and I pretty much do. It is a great way to get a lot of veggies in :)

Tomorrow is a rest day on the exercise front. I am feeling pretty good about the running thing but I don't want to jinx myself. I am going to start to follow the 1/2 marathon training plan like I did before which means more days running. I just love the way that I feel when I am running but really love the feeling I have when I am done. It makes me feel like I have really accomplished something. Now I just need to keep that motivation up on the eating front. No more excuses to not go for my weekly WI's. I weighed myself this morning at home and I will be going for sure on saturday.
