I am now starting my 5 days off. I must say that I had an awesome set at work.
I have been hitting up the gym the last couple of days. Yesterday I did 30 min of interval training on the treadmill and some strength training. Today when I got up I ran for 55 min on the treadmill = 8.3 km. I had no knee pain at all :) This evening I went to moksha yoga where i did 60 min of the stretch, sweat and unwind class. AWESOME. It is hot yoga and the class I attended di a lot of stretching moves which is just what I needed after 2 great workouts and my 4 days of work. I don't think I have ever sweated to much in my life. I was wet everywhere.
Not quite sure what I will do for a workout tomorrow. I am going to the states with a friend. I may or may not go to WW for my weekly WI. Tuesday morning I will be going to hot yoga again.
Watching the super bowl right now and then will be ready for bed.
