getting tired

I had a snack tonight but yeah to no binging today :) i hope this is something that will continue. I know that it is expecting a lot but I am going to work really hard to be at 140 when we go away. Once I get to that point I promise myself that I will not let it slip away like I have this time. This really needs to be a lifestyle change :)
