I have just over 6 weeks until we go away so I am going to make it my goal to stay OP for those 6 weeks. there is no reason why I can't do it. I need to stop the nighttime eating and find other things to do. I really don't need to fuel my body to sleep. I had great workouts yesterday. I ran 4.6K and did moksha flow. we did a lot of flows at yoga and I actually feel it in my arms and chest today :) Today is a rest day (well except for shoveling and some house work). tomorrow is my long run. why oh why did we have to have a snow storm the day before a long run is scheduled!!!!!! ;)
I sure wish I didn't have to go in to work tomorrow night but we do have to do some pickups and I scheduled mine for a sat night so that my inlaws don't have to babysit.
Again going to use these few days off that I have to try and tidy this house of ours. That is really what I need to do instead of eating!!
