The title says it all. I won't go into all the details of what it means since anyone that reads this blog would probably be able to guess what it means.
I NEED TO TAKE BETTER CARE OF MYSELF. I AM WORTH IT!!!!!
Up early this morning and went to bootcamp. I almost didn't go but yeah me I did go. I was up anyways since a little person fell asleep so early last evening that he was up around 4:30 this morning and crawled into bed with us. The little monkey has fallen back to sleep though. I will probably let him sleep until almost 8, get him dressed etc for school and then he can have some breakfast and watch a show on TV and then we will be one our way to the school.
Moksha yoga is where I will be heading today. the class I will be attending is different then the first one I went too. I think that this one will have more yoga poses so we will see how I make out. I am looking forward to having a great sweat session :) I really hope that I like it. Tomorrow will be my first run outside in about a week. I am hoping that it goes ok. I will be doing 4K. I really need to get serious about my training again for a half marathon!!!!
A little less then 9 weeks until our trip so I am going to stay focused on tracking my food intake and watching what I put in my mouth. I am going to try and keep things as clean as possible. I felt so great when I was eating clean that I need to get back on track with that. I am going through different options for lunches and I think that I will stick with soups for now during the colder months. Once things warm up I may break out the good ol turkey burger recipe. I am going to make a soup that is in one of my clean eating cookbooks after dropping the little man off at school. Not quite sure what I will be having for lunch today. I may end up having a snack around 10: 15 and then lunch once I get back after hot yoga which will be later in the afternoon which means a late supper for me which is ok since M has his group here tonight.
I am hoping to get a bit of cleaning done and pick up a few grocery items once I figure out exactly what we need. I need to get better about getting weekly groceries too instead of just going every couple of days. I know that htings add up when I do it that way.
I will post more later on the soup I will be making, how the food intake was today and of course how moksha yoga was.
