That is just what I needed this morning. I first ran 4K and was debating which yoga class to take. Since my hubby had the first part of the morning off and was able to drop off my little man I decided to go to the 90 min Moksha class. I am so glad I did. After my night last night I needed it both physically and mentally. I would like to say I have my motivation back in full swing but I will take each day at a time. I need to remember the pain I was in last night and realize how awful I have been to my body that I had worked so hard to make healthy. I will get back to that point but it will be even better now that I have yoga built into it :)
Signs of spring have been here the last couple of days. Warmer temps and melting snow. I know that it is just a teaser but I will take it. I can't wait for the warmer weather to be here. I will make the most of each day since time just flys by!!!
I have a long run planned tomorrow and I may try another 90 min hot yoga class :)
