Yeah me. I was going to crawl back in to bed this morning but I did my run early as planned. I did 9K and had no knee pain :) Then at noon I headed downtown and tried Moksha flow for the first time - loved it. I think that today was my most fave class so far and I loved the intructor.
We are having a bistro at work tonight for someones birthday. I need to stay focused and remember that just because I am at a "party" does not mean that I have to give in to my "addiction" . I am bringing my own supper which will be chili over a sweet potato. I just hope that people do bring a fruit and veggie tray. It is easier when that stuff is available.
Tomorrow for exercise I am planning on going to the gym when I get up but need to be back in time for my physio appt.
Well I am going to try and nap now.
