and again I failed on the getting back on the eating clean wagon. I need to smarten up. They way that I have not been taking care of my body is making me feel like crap. Today I am getting back on track and hopefully you won't hear those words from me again.
Yesterday I had a great 10 K run. I went to where I was doing my longer runs yesterday and it was quite enjoyable. I did have a little scare though. I hit a patch of black ice covered with snow and I did one of those moves where you feet fly out from under you and down I went hard on my butt. I got up quickly brushed myself off and prayed I hadn't hurt anything. That was at the 5Km mark and I was able to do 5K more. At lunch time I went to hot yoga and did the 60 min flow class, great workout. Still having such a hard time with the food but 6 weeks until we go away so I need to buckle down, now!!
