Running legs

I am really starting to feel like my running legs are coming back :) I ran 4.7 Km on tues and yesterday just a little over 6 Km's. Today when I get up I will aim for 4 Km but it may end up being a bit more. On sat I will be trying to run 10K. I am making it my goal to not have knee issues again and once my mileage is up there to keep it up there by doing a long run each weekend. I am going to train for this half maraton in May. I think that I need to sign up for it soon. doing a bit better with the eating but it still is not perfect. I need to make it better.

That will be all for now. I am so tired and need to go to sleep. I am going to do some hot yoga this afternoon too before picking up my little man at the inlaws. Moksha flow this afternoon - love it :)
