evening treats

so yesterday I ran 5K and then went to a Moksha flow class (60 min). I have pretty much made up my mind that I will want to continue at moksha yoga. I am loving it so much. On wed I am meeting with my bootcamp leader and seeing if we can work out a different deal then what I had signed up for. I am just not making it to enough classes to be paying for unlimited classes. I still want to stay for a year but I feel like I am paying way to much. i think that I will be able to get somwhat of a deal since we have changed locations and there are not nearly as many classes available. I will even sign on for a year if we change what I am doing now. I do love bootcamp a lot and I think that I will be able to at least make 1 class/week and sometimes the 2 early morning classes. I just hope that it doesn't cause any issues.

My run yesterday went pretty good. I am so aware of how the lt side of my body feels that any twinge or anything I get paranoid. all the stretches etc that I have been doing is helping for sure.

My food intake has been excellent since the 10th. I resisted temptations my last 2 nights at work which i am proud of. The one thing that I would like to change is my eveing snack. I tend to usually have my oatmeal snack but want to come up with other yummy options. Things that involve peanut butter :) Speaking of peanut butter I am going to have to make a trip into goodness me today and pick up a couple of jars. They do have the best natural curnchy pb and I am all out. I need to start putting the date of when I open a jar so I know how long it takes me to finish the jar. I am going to try and make it so it lasts longer. I do tend to eat it too much.

Today my workout was 45 min of bootcamp. I would love to go to the noon hour moksha class but I have a waxing appt which I really should not miss. I am going to have to schedule a wax appt, pedicure and hair appt to correspond with the timing that we are going away. Less then 8 weeks until we go. i sure hope the scale starts dropping soon. We did planks and side planks today at bootcamp...I need to work on my abs every other day. Tomorrow I am going to run 4K and then friday morning I am going to go to a spin class which I am excited about. I have never done it before but am all for trying new things. I will have to get up nice and early though to make sure that I am able to get a bike. I just hope that I will survive the class ;)

Lots of things to do today. Hope to get them accoplished.
