10K

I did my 10K run today and I feel really good about how the run went.  I was expecting that it would take me about an hour and 10 min but i did it in 1:09min.  I felt stronger then I have in a while and it makes me think that my running legs are coming back :)

I had my WI today and am down 2.8 lbs from last week.  I have lost  12.8 lbs in 5 weeks which I am happy with.  I am really hoping to reach the 150's before we go on our cruise. I will make some tweaks with my snacks that I have and try really hard to do the no carbs for supper.  I am thinking that my snacks will be boiled eggs, fruit, vanilla greek yogurt with fruit, veggies and hummus.  I will try to limit the kashi bars to just my afternoon snack when working days.  I will avoid them on nights and on my days off.  I need to spend the day today coming up with some ideas for my meals for the next 3 weeks to cook them in bulk.  I found some ideas on pinterest that I will give a try and I have a new recipe book that I am hoping I can get a few ideas from.

I have a PT session tomorrow and am looking forward to it.  I hope I get my butt handed to me once again.
