So I made the decision that instead of trying the bootcamp classes again that I would go for the personal training sessions instead. They were actually so awesome about this that because of the fact I hadn't really went to classes they are making it up for me by giving me extra PT sessions!!!! This will basically equal out to 36 PT sessions in 6 months. That is about 6 sessions/month which means that if I am going to see the PT that often I better keep it clean :) Now I don't feel like all the money I have spent is wasted. 6 months to get back to my happy weight and be in much better shape. I hope to learn a lot from these sessions so that when they are done I can take that knolwedge and use it when I work out at the gym. That means that just 1x/week for now at the gym to do a workout. Not bad. I should be able to fit that in to my schedule. I am so excited about doing this and already have 2 sessions booked next week. There is much more flexibility for these sessions then there was for the classes. I am going to make sure that the program I do is a full body strength training session as that will work better for me.
I baked a few things yesterday so my freezer is full of options for the next 2 weeks (maybe even longer). I will just have to keep track of what I have and make sure I restock when I run low. Making weekly menus should help me with this.
I am feeling so happy right now. my morning did not start off that way but I am feeling much better now. I did a 4K run which I think helped with that. Tomorrow I have to get up early before work and do my 3K run. I will have to do that again on saturday before work too. I need to make myself get up and do it because I know I won't want to do it after working a 12 hr shift.
I am almost done with my goal of having all the laundry done and put away. Once I do a bit more browsing on the computer I will go down and get the rest and put it away. It has been a long time since the laundry has all been done and put away. That is a weekly goal for me starting now. Another thing I want to work on is having the dishes done and put away before I go to bed at night. I had all intentions of doing that last night but did not, so that is another thing that will start today.
I made a list of things to do over the next 2 days and have alot of the little things checked off the list which is pretty good.
Well that is all for today. Back to work tomorrow. Hope this set goes by fast but my days off slower. I actually get 6 days off my next set since I am starting a day early which is always nice :)
