Pleasantly Surprised

This morning when I got up I did a 3K run which I ran with no walk breaks.  Pretty happy with that.  I had my breakfast which was a mixture of strawberries, apple pieces and orange pieces with 2 TBSP of slivered almonds and some greek yogurt.  This is going to be such an amazing breakfast in the summer.  After breakfast I just did some computer work and then I headed to my first PT session and Lean and Fit.

I wasn't really sure what to expect for the 30 min session.  I am used to doing that type of stuff over 1hr.  I have shakey arms as I am typing this which should tell you that I had a great workout.  I can't believe how sweaty I was after those 30 minutes.  My trainer is going to be great.  It is a full body workout and they have you rotate through 3-4 different workouts 3 times and then another 3-4 workouts 3 times.  I have to make sure that I get there 2x/week and then do something at home or the gym for the 3rd ST session of the week.  I know that I will be happy with the results if my eating and exercise keep going at the rate they are now.  I am sure I will be feeling those muscles that I worked later today and for sure tomorrow.

I am going through periods where I am feeling better and then feeling like crap again.  I just hope i feel better by sunday.  I am getting enough sleep, drinking lots of fluids and eating healthy foods.

I am a little worried about eating out for supper tonight.  I just need to count the points and then get right back on track.
