week 2 WI results

I lost 2 lbs this week for a total of 8.4 lbs in 2 weeks.  I am very happy with those results.  I really wanted to see the 160's this week but maybe next.  To help me out with that I will try hard not to have apple and PB as a snack in the evenings.  Fruit or yogurt and fruit will be my evening snack of choice.

My cold is getting worse but I did manage to run 6K.  I was supposed to run 8 but I will play around some with my training schedule  to get the mileage in.  I am really excited for my PT sessions for this coming week.  I hope that I am not disappointed.

One more night shift and then I am off for 6 days.  I have plans for a productive week which I really need to follow through with.
