I just can't get over how awesome I am feeling right now. Exercise and diet play such a huge role in how I feel mentally as well as physically. I am on day 10 of eating healthy and it feels great. The only thing that I have had that is not clean at all was that muffin and I am trying to remember how it made me feel after I ate it. I am just working 1 night this set at work so I should be ok. Just need to remember to have lots of healthy options in my cooler.
I have a lot of cleaning to do over the next 2 days and I keep putting it off. I need to make a to do list and try to check off as many things as possible. Instead of watching TV tonight I should try and tackle some of those things on the list. I have 2 things that I need to make too before tomorrow. I will try and get them done today. Once those 2 things are done I should have enough food for my main meals for the next 2 weeks (except for breakfast...will need some fresh berries).
I did a 4K run this morning after dropping my little man of at school. It was a pretty good run. My long run this week will be on sunday and it will be 9K. I am kind of excited to see how that goes. I know that if I stick to my eating healthy this week and run according to my training program it will be not bad. I want to build up my endurance again since I do love running so much. I want to get back to where I was when I was at my peak.
I sent a message to where I do my bootcamp and I think what I am going to do is personal training instead. It shounds like I will be able to back date too for those sessions considering I have only gone to 1 bootcamp class. kind of excited about that. I will head in to the city tomorrow to talk to someone about that and try and get things set up.
I can't believe how fast time is going. Before I know it we will be packing for our cruise which means i have to stay so focused on eating healthy and exercising. Like I said before I want to look and feel awesome on this trip.
