Someone woke us up pretty early this morning which meant I was out just a little bit after 8 for my long run. I had 9K scheduled today and I did it. The run actually went a lot better then I had expected. Now if I don't make my race tomorrow I won't feel too guilty about it.
I thought my legs would be really sore today but it is my upper body that took a beating yesterday. my chest, biceps, and triceps are pretty sore. I am loving my PT sessions and really wish I could go more often but I know that each will will vary because of my schedule. I still have 33 sessions until August which is awesome.
Well I had my WI today and I was 169.6 :) 10 lbs in a month. It is one month today that we will be heading to Florida for our cruise. I will try really hard to get 10 more lbs off before we go. That would be so awesome. I am very happy that I hit the 160's this week. I was so motivated before now I am even more so.
What I need to do is come up with some more recipes for my melas. I need to do that soon since I am heading back to work on monday.
Well that is all for today Going to a party tonight. Excited to see some of my coworkers and have some fun.
