I was not planning on having a rest day today but when I got up and was quite stuffy and coughing a lot and the fact that there was snow on the round I decided to have today as a rest day. I am having a hard time not feeling guilty about it but everyone needs a rest day. Tomorrow I will make up for it with a 4K run and plus my first PT session. I am excited and nervous about this. I just can't imagine what we will do in 30 min. I am hoping it goes a bit longer but maybe I will be surprised. I need to so some ST, it has been a while. I am just hoping that what we do at Lean and Fit can be repicated easily at the gym. On sunday it will be 5 weeks until my curise. That is so crazy.
On thursday after my little mans hockey game (tournament out of town) we will all be going out for supper. I have looked at the menu trying to decide what to get. All the items are pretty high in points which is why I am going to save my flex points for that night. What I want to get is 19 points. It is a pulled pork pizza (love pulled pork). The good thing is that I usually can't eat a full individual pizza so the points won't be as much as the 19.
I did manage to get some work done around the house yesterday but not as much as I had wanted too. I need to try and get a few things done today. I am going to head to walmart soon to pick up a few things that I need. I really need to get the bathrooms clean which is on my todo list so hopefully I will be able to do that.
