Success

Yesterday I was so worried about how I would make out with eating out.  It is the first time that I have eaten out since getting back on track (almost 3 weeks).  I ended up with a stromboli (ate only 1/2) and a salad.  When I calculated the pts I actually stayed within my daily pt range...oops just remembered something I had and did not track it so I used 3 of my flext pts which isn't bad at all.  I wanted something when I got home so I had a bit of greek yogurt with cocoa and used it as a dip for my banana.

At some point during the night I woke up and my stomach was feeling a bit off.  I am sure it was due to all the cheese that was in the stromboli.  I brought the other half home with me but I know that I won't eat it.  I am going to have to get groceries either tonight or tomorrow and make sure I have 2 full days worth of meals planned.  I can't believe that my 6 days off are almost over.  Because of how crappy I have felt I sure did not accomplish much on my days off :(

I am feeling pretty sore from my workout yesterday.  I haven't felt this way in a long time.  Even though it hurts it is a good kind of hurt.  I just hope that I can make it through my 8k run tomorrow.  I am going to do my weekly WI too after my run.
