I can actually say TGIF. I am off this weekend and so is my husband. We both go back to work on monday. we both get to go to a stag n doe saturday night for a coworkers son. I may or may not be doing the 5K around the bay...all depends on how I feel sunday morning when I get up. I will be doing my long run, 9K, on saturday so I won't be really uspset if I miss the 5K. Next year I promise myself that I will be trained and will do the 30K. I did it last year but was not really trained for it. I will be trained for it next year. I will start training early so that if I miss any time it won't be that big of a deal.
I have a PT session at 1. My hamstrings are still tight but not as bad as they were. When I get home after the session I will make sure to do some good stretching.
I am having a hard time coming up with some meals for next week. I am really hoping that my simply for life cookbook arrives soon. I am sure that she has some good recipes in it that I can use.
I have some errands to run and need to finish my coffee first. Have a great friday. I hope to post my run results and how my WI goes tomorrow at some point.
