Hamstrings

Hamstrings are the part of my body that feels so tight today and my outer thighs.  All thanks to the wonderful style of lunges that I did yesterday ;)  When I got home from work this morning I did something that I haven't done in a while.  I did my run before heading to bed.  I did a 5K that was a little tough due to the tight hamstrings and I am thinking the fact I had worked all night made it a bit tough too.  Oh well.  It was nice not to have to do it when I woke up.

Tonight we are having a bistro at work.  I am bringing my own food in so that I have the options to stay on track.  I know that if I sway tonight it could lead to some problems.  I can have salad, fruit and veggies if I want to have anything at all.  I counted 4 pts for salad so I will probably have a big serving of it.  I do love the salad that I am picking up.  What I will do is put some aside for me while I am getting it ready so that I can make sure that there is not a lot of dressing on it.  Since this is my last night I will be getting a skinny vanilla latte too.  That is going to be my treat for being good and I will only have it on my last night of work.

Tomorrow is a day off from exercise but to keep me moving I will go for a 6K walk when I get up.  I want to make sure I do some form of exercise every day.

I am so close to being in the 160's I can almost taste it.
