I loved my bootcamp classes when I was going to them regularly a couple of years ago. I do believe that these really did help me when I lost all my weight before. I joined a program back in august in the city and I have only gone once. How awful is that. I am thinking about going to 2 classes this week, tues and wed. These are the only days that will work this week. I want to give them another chance. All I can do is my best and if I don't like it I will see if I can maybe use my monthly payment for some personal training instead. I found it so crowded and the instructor reminded me of one our friends which is not necessarily what I want in an intructor ;)
Last night I was having a hard time trying to figure out what to have for supper but I ended up having a turkey burger instead. I have now had 8 fully successful days of eating mostly healthy foods and tracking all the food I eat. I need to stay focused and get 2 weeks under my belt.
I am going to have to go get my groceries for the week at some point this morning. I just need to make a menu for the boys and then I will go and get them. I just want to finsih my coffee and make sure to have a complete grocery list so I don't overspend on my groceries for the week.
