The Burn

This morning I almost cancelled my PT session but I didn't and am so glad I went.  It was a great workout.  The type of workout that you feel the burn in you muscles that kills while doing the exercise but feels great after.  I did take the morning off from running though.  I will run when I get up tomorrow and then depending how I feel on saturday I may do my long run or save it til sunday.  I really would rather do it on saturday(party to go to friday night so it will all depend on what my drinks make me feel like).

I got the cookbook in the mail yesterday from Allison (simply for life consultant).  I am going to try some of the recipes in it.  I don't have much left from the food that I made a few weeks ago so I need to do some bulk cooking this weekend.  I should count how many shifts I have until we go on our trip and have enough food for all those days made and in the freezer for easy access.

Tonight at work there will be a bistro going on and lots of snacks so once again I need to make sure I bring lots of healthy choices for myself. 

Well I should go and search for some recipes and make a grocery list.
