I know my last post wast to track for the remainder of the month and do daily activity when possible. I will extend that challenge to my vacation in april. I know that we are going somewhere warm and i need to have my body bikini ready. It will be the first time I have ever in my life had a bikini on at the beach. I want my body to look smokin' hot and I know that if I just resume my healthy lifestyle I can achieve this.
I kept telling myself today to stop focusing on the past and enjoy the present and look forward to what the future holds. There is NOTHING I can do about the past (except not repeat mistakes).
I had the remainder of my Kasha breakfast pudding for breakfast and a turkey burger and some carrots for lunch. I had my physio appt and am happy to be able to start running tomorrow :) even if it does mean getting up at 5 am :( need to get up that early since I am heading back to work. Not quite sure when I will be doing a long run. I may be waiting until next saturday. I will probably try to get 12-14K in. Not quite sure where I will run though. Maybe where I did my long runs in the summer provided we don't get too much more snow this week.
Well I must be going now and pick up my little boy. I will stay OP today. I am making this a promise to myself.
I have to get my meals all sorted out for work the next 2 days. Thankfully I have my chili and turkey burgers. supper tonight will be chili over a sweet potato which is probably what supper will be for almost the next week. Good thing I love it!!!!
