We then went to get a few groceries and then to the running room where I made a couple of purchases. i got a new pair of running shoes...saucony omni 9's and a foam roller. I am really hoping the combination of these 2 things will help my knee. I still am going to make a physio appt (maybe a Dr's appt first if I need it for my physio to be covered). Time will tell. I have a 6K run schedule in for tuesday so we will see how that goes.
So for supper tonight I made the turkey jacket potao from the "best of clean eating" cook book. It was so yummy. Basically it is just some turkey, salsa, sour cream, a bit of italian seasoning and instead of a regular baked potato I used 1/2 of a sweet potato. I microwaved the sweet potato for a bit and then scooped out a lot to mix with all the other ingredients and then put in back in the "jacket". I counted this yumminess for 7 pts. I had a bit of pear on the side - for zero pts...loving the fruit being no pts :) I will be having this again soon.
I don't have much planned for tonight. The kids are back to school tomorrow and I am getting up early to go to bootcamp. I am sure it will be a tough one since it has probably been 2 weeks since I have been. Oh well it will feel good to get back to routine...busy but still nice to have somewhat of a set schedule.
