We went for a drive today and checked out the around the bay course...I need to get very serious with my training and eating.
I have been having a debate as to whether or not I willt rain on the course. i think for my run tomorrow I won't run on the course but I think for some of my long runs when I have sat or sun off I will. I for sure will have to do some hill training. That hill going up valley inn road around the 26Km mark is going to be a struggle but i am making it my goal to defeat this hill ;) and with confidence. Training on the rolling hills will be a good idea I think but awesome stretching is going to have to happen so my hips and knees stay in tip top shape. You will all hear about my training for this race and i may even take some pics of the hills :)
we are cooking a chicken for supper tonight and I will use the leftovers for the chili that I will make tomorrow.
Time to take down the tree.
