January is almost done

so with a new month coming on us i am challenging myself to do some form of activity every day in feb, to track everyday, no binges and to go to weekly wi's. if i do this i will reward myself with something, not quite sure what it will be but it will be something nice. another challenge i have going on will be the 10 weeks to punta cana challenge :) i am also trying to get going on the training for my next half marathon in may but being sick right now has slowed it down a bit. i will go to bootcamp tomorrow morning and then run tues, wed, and thrus morning and do some form of activity on friday. i need to make sure that i workout!!!!

i made an awesome big pot of chili yesterday. things that made it awesome were the 1/2 tsp of cayene pepper which gave it spice and some cocoa powder (i added cinnamon too and lots of chili powder which i have been doing lately). i have another soup that i will make either today or tomorrow.

we are going to try and book our trip today. very excited about this :)

well i should go tackle the mountain of lanundry in the laundry room. so much for the deep clean of the house this week. being sick really has taken so much out of me :(
