Hoping being OP continues...

Here we are 4pm and I have been eating very good. I had a great snack just now. 1/2 a ww flat with 1/2 mashed banana, 1 tsp of natural PB and a square of 85% choc. I nuked everything but the flat and then addes that melted yuminess to the top of my ww flat. It was very yummy and satisfying.

I had a busy day today. I took the kids to school and group, came home had breakfast, then when to my physio appt and then to the gym to try hot yoga = LOVE. I had gone for a 5K run when I first got up and again no knee pain. I am going to try a longer run tomorrow and I will see how that goes. I think that I will try for 10 and see how that goes. I am going to start off slow, do some stretching after about 5 min and then continue on with my run. I am hoping that I can do it.

Hot Yoga was very awesome. It was true hot yoga as in we didn't do the 26 poses, it was more a flow type yoga. I don't really know much about yoga so I am going to read about it.

I am going to have my leftover tilapia with 1/2 sweet potato, veggies, quinoa and goat cheese. I am going to have to do up a grocery list as we are getting low on food choices here. I won't have to get very many as my big order will be thurs or fri.

Not quite sure if I will be going to WW tomorrow or not. I may try a couple of weeks on my own before going in for an offical WI. I know what my weight is today and I am going to try very hard not to weigh myself until next Fri or Sat. Not quite sure what day I will do it on.
