So my eating and staying OP had been excellent until last night. I hit up the gym on my way home from work and did 30 min of cardio and then the eating began. I usually find after my 2nd night I tend to eat more then I should. I guess I could have had a shower and gone to bed. I am ok with it. I will just get back on track today. I didn't eat so much that I felt sick. I did eat more then I should but I am feeling much better about things then even just a week ago.
Not quite sure what I will do for exercise today. I guess it will really depend on what the weather is like outside. I know that schools are closed but it is so mild out right now. I have 2 appts today so I will see how the road are when driving to them and then really I just have to run 4K so we will see. I am hoping the rain will hold off so that i can get a run out. I won't run though if the roads are bad. I guess I could stop at the gym after my eye appt and then I will know that I will get my run in. I will take my gym clothes with me just incase.
Well I need to start getting ready for my appts. At least I don't have to get the kids ready :)
