Today is the beginning of my 10 week challenge to get bikini ready for our trip to DR. I am wanting to eat right now and I know that I am really not even hungry so I decided to blog instead :)
I woke up nice and early this morning and headed to bootcamp. Something was said at this class this morning that made me really think that the bootcamp as I knew it was coming to an end. Sure enough we had an e-mail today saying that someone was taking over the lease. What that means is that a new location has to be found (which may have already happened), some classes may be affected (i hope it isn't the early morning classes) and I know that i need to meet with J to discuss the amount of money that I have put out for my unlimited yearly membership. I am going to do my best to not pay the amount that I was going to since things have changed.
My food intake for today:
Breakfast: go lean crunch with greek yogurt, a bit of honey and 1/2 banana
Lunch: chili with 2 ryvita crackers
snack: almonds and an orange
kashi bar
supper: tilapia, salad, sweet potato and an apple
snack: my oatmeal fave ;)
Tomorrow if the snow has not started by the time I get up I will hit the roads and try to get a 4K run in. I need to get more strict with my running again as I want to run a 1/2 marathon in May.
I will stay OP for the rest of the day. Bikini body does not happen with overeating and binges!!!!
