I am so craving finding my healthy side again. I know I can do this. I just need to plan my menus and have great foods in the house. This evening will be where I will sit down with my clean eating books and come up with some recipes. I will find clean treats to have in the evening when I really want them. I will stop putting crap into my body. I AM SO WORTH PUTTING GOOD QUALITY FOOD INTO MY BODY. My children and husband deserve a healthy and happy mom/wife. I WILL DO THIS. I just need to be PATIENT to see results on the scale which means that I need to stop focusing on the numbers on the scale. The weight will come OFF if I eat healthy foods and keep up with the exercise. I WILL DO THIS.
