made me realize how sluggish I have become with the crap I was putting into my body!!!! What a great workout it was, hard, but great.
got the kids up, fed and ready for school and taken to school with no issues at all :) I am sure that we will have some grumpy kids tonight as they had been used to sleeping in during the holidays. I was planning on having a nap but I have a physio appt instead. I really think that this appt in important so I can figure out sooner then later what is going on with my knee and if it may be something serious. I will keep you all update on those results (if anyone is even reading my new blog yet ;) ).
I made the kasha breakfast pudding this morning from one of Tosca's cookbooks. I love this dish. So very yummy. I topped it with a bit of yogurt. total pts for this yummy dish was 6 pts. I still have enough for 4-5 days :) i almost think I like it better then oatmeal...shocking I know.
well I must go and have a shower...
