Day is almost done...

and I am finding that I could just eat and eat right now but I won't. This is the time and the thoughts that I have that lead to me binging. I am going to beat this thing.

I had a great snack just now...banana softserve with some peanut butter and a few 71% chocolate chips. Such a yummy and satisfying snack and by satisfying I mean the sweet tooth that I have. Lunch was a chicken wrap with some stir fried veggies and goat cheese and an orange. supper was chili over 1/4 of a lg sweet potato and apple. I have a pretty good idea of what I am going to take for foods tomorrow as I am working.

As far as exercis goes I will be having a rest day. Having a rest day after a long run is going to be my new thing. I helps when I am working days the next day since I really don't want to get up early and venture out in the cold ;)

Something else that I struggle with too is wanting to see immediate results. I have to remember that each day that I stay OP the closer I am to getting this weight off.
